That is crazy, sad, strange, and used often I am sure.
Have you been in a stall and had a toddler crawl under the door to take a look at you? I wish there were these in every toilet.
Many parents like them too b/c its hard to police the child and keep them from say, opening the stall door and walking out when the parent is at their most vulnerable.
Kids... gotta love 'em!
